A ROË TOURISME Association welcomes you to its web site and hopes you will find all the information you are looking for. This site was set up to promote the Abbey, its architecture and cultural heritage.

a Roë Tourisme organises guided visits of the abbey in English and French. It also organises exhibitions, courses (calligraphy, illumination, enamelling, etc) poetry and literary evenings, and other activities in the exhibition rooms (XVIII^th century building). Regular concerts are performed in the Abbey Church.

he main project is the creation of a Cultural Centre incorporating a Quilting Gallery. This idea for the gallery was born following the discovery of a XIX^th century quilt « Grandmother's Garden » in the Abbey Church. The quilt was subsequently copied.
